Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Meridian
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. Attention to detail and genuine hospitality help ensure each guest feels cared for. The role combines customer service and operational support, anticipating team needs and keeping the department ready for customers during the busiest time of year. Colleagues work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and may work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is seasonal and colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment and cash registers.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
- Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, and selecting merchandise to return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them sincerely at the end of the interaction.
- Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
- Work toward sales goals, improve daily, and learn from colleagues to contribute to individual and store results.
- Assist with register transactions and use handheld equipment and other technology as needed.
