Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Eastview
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a well-merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines customer service and operational support, requiring attention to detail, hospitality, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Colleagues help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for customers; learn about new arrivals, best-selling items, trends, and promotions; and engage customers in friendly, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, preparing select merchandise for vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their shopping, and collaborate with coworkers to meet sales goals and improve store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability. Flexible availability is required, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and shoppable fragrance sales floor.

- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Merchandise new receipts and process damages, testers, and select merchandise for vendor returns.

- Assist with transactions and share the benefits of the loyalty program.
- Help customers with their needs and provide a sincere thank-you at the end of their visit.
