Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) - Central Staffing Office – Labor & Delivery (L&D) - PRN Nights – Region A
About The Position
Texas Health Central Staffing Office is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor & Delivery (L&D) Unit. This PRN position requires availability for 36 hours per week, working nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. The main office is in Arlington, TX, but the primary work location will be in Region A, which includes Allen, Frisco, Plano, Dallas, Prosper, Rockwall, Kaufman, and Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano. The Central Staffing Office is an internal department providing clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals. This role requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency
- 5 Years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty
- TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years Upon Hire
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire
- AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire or IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire or NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire
