About The Position

This is a seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) position within the Central Staffing Office, specifically for the Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit. The role is PRN (as needed) for night shifts and will primarily be located in Region A. The Central Staffing Office is an internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals. This role requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs. The Central Staffing Office is organized into specific regions, and this position is part of that structure.

Requirements

Nursing Diploma, Nursing Required Or Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
5 Years experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years Upon Hire Required
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire Required Or IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire Required
NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire Required
NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
Must be available to work 24 hours/week.
Must have flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on the needs of the business.
