Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) - Central Staffing Office – Labor & Delivery (L&D) - PRN Nights – Region A
About The Position
This is a seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) position for the Central Staffing Office, specifically for the Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit. The role is PRN (as needed) and requires availability for nights. The main office is in Arlington, TX, but the work will primarily be in Region A, which includes Allen, Frisco, Plano, Dallas, Prosper, Rockwall, Kaufman, and Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano. The Central Staffing Office provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals and requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs. This position is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency (Required)
- 5 Years experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty (Required)
- TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire (Required)
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years Upon Hire (Required)
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire (Required)
- AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire or IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire (Required)
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire or NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire (Required)
