Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) - Central Staffing Office – Labor & Delivery (L&D) - PRN Nights – Region B
About The Position
Texas Health Central Staffing Office (Labor & Delivery) is an internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals. This role requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs. The Central Staffing Office is organized into specific regions, and this position is primarily for Region B. The work hours are PRN, requiring availability for 36 hours per week, with shifts being nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. This position is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits. The pay rate is $70.00 per hour. Region B includes Denton, Flower Mound, Southlake, HEB, Arlington Memorial, Heart & Vascular, Alliance, and Azle.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency (Required)
- 5 Years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in the area of specialty (Required)
- TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire (Required)
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years Upon Hire (Required)
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire (Required)
- AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire OR IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire (Required)
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire (Required)
- NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire (Required)
