About The Position

The Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate, referred to as a Crew Mate, assists the store management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. The role supports the brand promise, “Every Day Should Feel This Good,” and prioritizes creating a welcoming customer experience. Responsibilities span sales, customer experience, crew development, store operations, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

Meet sales goals and measures.
Develop and maintain relationships with top customers.
Support sourcing and execution of in-store events.
Ensure the store delivers the brand’s “Every Day Should Feel This Good” experience through “Hosting the Party.”
Lead the store in email capture and educate new associates on best practices.
Keep the customer wish list current and notify customers when requested products arrive.
Assist with training new associates.
Help foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic environment for crew and customers.
Help recruit and refer talent for store teams.
Support store and team-building activities with the management team.
Maintain efficient merchandise controls and loss-prevention awareness.
Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
Help maintain merchandising according to company standards, current floorset, and brand initiatives.
Contribute weekly product feedback.
