About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create positive holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and help them find suitable products and services. You engage customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, use product knowledge and effective selling behaviors, and work toward sales goals while building trust and customer loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, and stay informed about new products, top sellers, trends, and promotions. Throughout the day, they welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, and maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, returning selected merchandise to vendors, updating signs and prices, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. They collaborate with teammates, work toward individual and store results, and learn and improve on the job. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
