Seasonal Part Time Associates
About The Position
Marshalls associates deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Associates follow operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role also supports a positive store culture, safe working conditions, and store shrink-reduction goals. This is a seasonal, part-time position at Marshalls Store 1286 in Mequon, Wisconsin, with a starting pay range of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour. Actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain sales-floor organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards and help maintain the cleanliness of the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
