About The Position

Marshalls associates deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store. They follow operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The position is part time and located at Marshalls Store 1042 in Oldsmar, Florida. The starting pay range is USD $15.00 to $15.50 per hour; actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Role-model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain and uphold the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain sales-floor organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards, and help maintain the cleanliness of the entire store.
• Give and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and help maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
