Seasonal Packing Associate
About The Position
PrintsWell is hiring dependable, energetic seasonal team members to support its Packing Department during the busiest production season. These positions help keep customer orders accurate, organized, and moving efficiently from production through shipment. Available work areas include binning, sorting, picking, and packing. This is a full-time seasonal, on-site position at the company's Pelham, Alabama facility. Available shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, at $17 per hour, or Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM, at $19 per hour. Seasonal employees may be asked to work overtime during peak production periods. PrintsWell is a Christian-owned, family-owned personalized stationery manufacturer and fulfillment company in the Pelham/Oak Mountain area. Since 1991, the company has focused on quality products, quick turnaround, and a supportive workplace where employees are valued.
Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move boxes or materials as required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or production experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Organize completed products into the correct order bins and confirm that pieces are routed accurately.
- Sort printed products and components by order, item, or production stage, inspecting for quality, accuracy, and visible defects.
- Retrieve the correct products and materials for each order and prepare them for final packing.
- Inspect, package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Follow order paperwork and production instructions carefully.
- Check products for quality, completeness, and accuracy before shipment.
- Keep work areas organized and restock packing materials as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Communicate order concerns or discrepancies to a supervisor promptly.
- Assist in other production or fulfillment areas when needed.
