About The Position

Walden Local is hiring a seasonal Packing Associate at its Shawsheen St location in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The role works on a team-based packing line in a refrigerated packing room maintained at 40–45°F. Associates follow electronic pick sheets to select pre-packaged meat cuts, pack items into reusable coolers, perform quality checks, and help maintain a safe and clean warehouse. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and pays $19.00.

Requirements

• Able to work on a team-based packing line in a refrigerated room maintained at 40–45°F while wearing assigned protective equipment.
• Able to follow electronic pick sheets and select pre-packaged meat cuts for packing.
• Able to pack items neatly into reusable coolers.
• Able to perform quality checks and assist with warehouse maintenance.
• Good judgment and attention to detail.

• Cross-train within the team and with other departments to develop skills and progress in a career.
