About The Position

PrintsWell is seeking dependable, energetic seasonal team members to support its Packing Department during the busiest production season. These positions help ensure customer orders are accurate, organized, and move efficiently from production through shipment. Available work includes sorting printed products and components by order, item, or production stage while checking for quality and visible defects; inserting and gluing decorative paper liners into envelopes; and inspecting, packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment. The position is full-time and seasonal, onsite at PrintsWell’s Pelham, Alabama facility, with a Monday–Friday day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Seasonal employees may be asked to work overtime during peak production periods.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move boxes or materials as required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or production experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow order paperwork and production instructions carefully.
• Check products for quality, completeness, and accuracy before shipment.
• Keep work areas organized and restock packing materials as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
• Communicate order concerns or discrepancies to a supervisor promptly.
• Assist in other production or fulfillment areas when needed.
• Sort printed products and components by order, item, or production stage and inspect them for quality, accuracy, and visible defects.
• Insert and glue decorative paper liners into envelopes while maintaining quality standards and meeting daily production goals.
• Inspect, package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
