About The Position

PrintsWell is seeking dependable, energetic seasonal team members to support its Packing Department during the busiest production season. These roles help keep customer orders accurate, organized, and moving efficiently from production through shipment. Available positions include sorting printed products and components by order, item, or production stage while checking quality; inserting and gluing decorative paper liners into envelopes; and inspecting, packaging, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Employees follow order paperwork and production instructions, maintain organized work areas, restock materials, meet production and shipping deadlines, and communicate discrepancies to a supervisor. They may also assist in other production or fulfillment areas as needed.

This is a full-time seasonal, on-site position at PrintsWell’s Pelham, Alabama facility. The day shift runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Seasonal employees may be asked to work overtime during peak production periods. Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or production experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort printed products and components by order, item, or production stage, checking for quality, accuracy, and visible defects.
