About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Package Handler to help move packages through its warehouse during the holiday season. The role is based at 362 North Haverhill, Suite 100, West Palm Beach, Florida. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027, with potential consideration for available permanent positions after the assignment ends; continued employment is not guaranteed.

This is an active, hands-on warehouse position involving unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, keeping them organized, and working with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time. Packages may weigh up to 30–50 pounds for individual handling, with team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

The position is part-time, approximately 4–5 days and 25–30 hours per week, at $16 per hour. Listed schedules are Friday through Tuesday, Monday through Thursday, or Wednesday through Sunday, generally from 1:30 AM to 8:00 AM or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary with business needs. “End of Sort” means completing the day’s required sort work and cleanup as directed by site management. Scheduled shifts may include weekends or holidays and overtime when business needs require.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.
