About The Position
OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers to help move packages during the holiday season. This active, hands-on warehouse role involves working with a team to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages and keep them organized and moving toward their next destination. Training is provided; prior warehouse experience is not required. The role pays $16 per hour and is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law. A seasonal bonus of $500 is advertised, subject to eligibility, payment requirements, and other terms that may vary by location and assignment. Weekly pay and flexible shift options are offered. Work is seasonal from November 2, 2026, through January 1, 2027, with potential consideration for available permanent positions afterward; continued employment is not guaranteed. Shifts are Tuesday–Saturday, Thursday–Monday, or Sunday–Wednesday, with a 1:00 AM start and an approximate length of seven hours. End times may vary according to package volume and business needs. The position is located at 3608 Queen Palm Drive, Building A, Tampa, Florida 33619.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
- Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
- Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
- Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods during the scheduled shift.
- Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.
Responsibilities
- Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
- Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
- Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
- Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
