About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler to help process packages during the holiday rush. The work involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages so they reach their next destination safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is based at 6300 Highlands Parkway SE, Smyrna, Georgia. Pay is $16.50 per hour, with overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. Available schedules include Saturday through Wednesday, Thursday through Sunday, or Monday through Friday from 3:00 AM to 8:30 AM or end of sort, and Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM or end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. End of sort means completion of required daily sorting work and cleanup as directed by site management.

The assignment runs from November 7, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The role offers a seasonal bonus of $500, subject to location-, assignment-, and eligibility-related terms and conditions. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup as directed by site management.
