About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler to help manage the holiday package rush at its Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania location. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, keeping the workspace organized, and helping packages reach their next destination safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training will be provided.

The position runs from November 7, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with overtime pay in accordance with applicable law and a seasonal bonus of $500, subject to location, assignment, and other terms. Hours may vary based on business needs. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures, as temperature-control capabilities may be limited.
