About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers to help keep packages moving during the holiday season. This active, hands-on warehouse role involves working with a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages safely and efficiently. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is seasonal and part-time or full-time, running from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Shifts start at 3:30 PM, are approximately nine hours long, and may end at varying times depending on package volume and business needs. Schedules include weekday and weekend shifts. The role pays $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 differential for shifts worked Friday through Sunday, and is eligible for overtime pay as permitted by law. Premium pay applies to hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. A seasonal bonus of up to the advertised $500 may be available, subject to eligibility and applicable terms.

The position is based at 145 Steele Point Dr, Fort Mill, South Carolina. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent openings after the assignment ends, depending on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages, stand and/or walk for extended periods, frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments, as warehouse temperature-control capabilities may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
