About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal, part-time Package Handler to help move packages through its warehouse during the holiday season. The role is based at 9774 Calabash Ave., Fontana, CA 92335, and pays $19.00 per hour with weekly pay. The assignment runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Shifts are listed as 5:00 AM–9:30 AM, with options including Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Monday. Typical shifts last approximately four to five hours, though end times may vary with package volume and business needs. Overtime may be required when business needs require it and is paid in accordance with applicable law.

This active, hands-on warehouse position involves working with a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages, keep packages and the work area organized, and help ensure packages reach their destinations safely and on time. Packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds must be handled independently, with team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Training is provided, and prior warehouse experience is not required. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during a scheduled shift.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold warehouse environments where temperature control capabilities may be limited.
