Seasonal People & Culture Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized People & Culture (P&C) Administrator to join our team for the busy season. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the People & Culture Department and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of key people-related processes. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinating training programs, and assisting with a variety of People & Culture initiatives

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a degree in
Familiarity with People & Culture/Human Resources practices, policies, and employment processes.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate successfully in a team-oriented environment.
Customer-service mindset with a passion for supporting employees.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
Create, organize, and update employee files while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Process employment documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, and separation paperwork.
Assist with time and attendance tracking, leave administration, and employee benefits processes.
Partner with the People & Culture team to coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Assist with background checks and employment verification processes.
Prepare new hire orientation materials and support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
Ensure timely completion of new hire documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the planning and coordination of training programs and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of training materials.
Maintain training records and track employee participation and completion data.
Support People & Culture initiatives related to employee learning, development, and engagement.
Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture Department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist with compiling reports, analyzing data, and preparing presentations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding People & Culture policies, procedures, programs, and benefits.
Support special projects and department initiatives as assigned.
