About The Position

Ledcor Highways Ltd. (LHL) is seeking enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to help keep Ontario highways safe. This role involves winter and seasonal maintenance of Ontario highways using various trucks and heavy equipment. Requirements

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs. on a regular basis, bending, kneeling, crouching etc.
• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with air endorsement
• Provide a copy of a 3-year commercial driver’s abstract

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required
• Maintain Ontario Provincial Highways year-round, including assisting with Labourer duties (pothole repair, guardrail repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation, etc.)
• Work outside in all weather conditions
