About The Position

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will support the operations team during the holiday season to enhance the client experience. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help ensure assignments are executed exceptionally while contributing to a people-first work environment. The role involves handling inbound and outbound merchandise, inventory control, price changes, and safety procedures. The position requires at least one year of operations or warehouse experience, familiarity with retail and mobile technologies, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 35 pounds. Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
Complete daily inventory control operations.
Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
