About The Position
The Seasonal Operations Associate (BOH) supports the operations team during the holiday season to enhance the client experience. Reporting to an Operations Manager, the role focuses on completing operational assignments safely and effectively. Responsibilities include processing inbound and outbound merchandise, inventory control, and price changes. The position requires a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations.
- Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
- Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
