About The Position
As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will support the operations team during the holiday season to enhance the client experience. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help ensure assignments are executed exceptionally while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations.
- Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
- Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
