About The Position
As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will work with the operations team to enhance the client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help execute assignments with a people-first mentality and support exceptional operations. Responsibilities include processing inbound and outbound merchandise, inventory control, price changes, and maintaining safety across the receiving dock and other work areas.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations.
- Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
- Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
