About The Position
As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will support the operations team during the holiday season and help enhance the client experience. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will contribute to a people-first team focused on exceptional execution of assignments. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing merchandise, inventory control, price changes, and maintaining safety in the receiving dock and other work areas.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations.
- Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures on the receiving dock and in other work areas.
