About The Position

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate (MSA) completes merchandising resets and service-related projects accurately, on time, and in accordance with merchandising and safety standards. The role requires following detailed project instructions. The associate builds displays, processes damaged products, rotates and prices stock, resolves project issues or questions, checks third-party work completion, and provides proof of project completion.

Lowe’s associates provide quality customer service while helping maintain a clean, safe, and stocked store. This includes being friendly and professional, engaging vendors and associates to meet store needs, ensuring signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate, and creating visually appealing product selections that are safe, clean, and accessible to customers.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic, including addition and subtraction.
• Ability to work overnight and weekends as required.
• Ability to use web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift more than 25 pounds with or without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• Six months of experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays.
• Three months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
• Working knowledge of basic tools needed for the job, such as hand tools, drills, and saws.
• Preferred weekend morning availability and morning, afternoon, or evening weekday availability; needs vary by location.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked store.
