About the Role We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments. This role involves managing orders, coordinating deliveries, assisting with scheduling, and handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g. Microsoft Suite & Office, Teams, Zoom)
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems, track data, and manage digital workflows efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Process and complete internal and external orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries, including tracking shipments and resolving any issues
  • Order food and supplies as needed for meetings, events, or team needs
  • Track order status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Source and locate products or materials for various departments
  • Manage incentive programs, track/order prizes, and assist with communications.
  • Manage incoming mail/delivery for office staff on site, pick up/mail letters, pick up exception returns, etc.
  • Provide general administrative and assistant support to team members and leadership
  • Maintain organized records of orders, deliveries, and vendor communications
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Ability to work onsite with solid attendance and zero transportation issues
