About The Position
Park151 Apartments is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for our property in Cambridge Crossing, MA! This position is a full-time seasonal position and will run May-September.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management
- Experience with high rise lease up preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi Software
- Working knowledge of LRO is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
- Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
- Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports
- Resolving resident issues or concerns
- Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
- Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
