Requirements

  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience
  • Outgoing, energetic personality — someone who thrives in a social environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with a variety of people
  • Team player who brings positive energy every day
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be available to work Saturdays (required)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have reliable transportation with current insurance
  • Must maintain a professional appearance while representing the LUMA brand

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly, energetic face of the community — especially during peak student traffic
  • Tour apartment homes and connect with prospects in a fun, engaging way
  • Help drive leasing activity during our busiest summer months
  • Assist with outreach, marketing, and resident events (think student-focused and high energy!)
  • Create a welcoming, upbeat environment for prospects and residents
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional leasing office
  • Collaborate with your team to keep energy high and goals on track
