Requirements
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience
- Outgoing, energetic personality — someone who thrives in a social environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with a variety of people
- Team player who brings positive energy every day
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work Saturdays (required)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation with current insurance
- Must maintain a professional appearance while representing the LUMA brand

Responsibilities
- Be the friendly, energetic face of the community — especially during peak student traffic
- Tour apartment homes and connect with prospects in a fun, engaging way
- Help drive leasing activity during our busiest summer months
- Assist with outreach, marketing, and resident events (think student-focused and high energy!)
- Create a welcoming, upbeat environment for prospects and residents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional leasing office
- Collaborate with your team to keep energy high and goals on track
