About The Position

Park151 Apartments is seeking an experienced full-time seasonal Leasing Consultant for their property in Cambridge Crossing, MA, from May to September. The role involves touring prospective residents, handling leasing inquiries, processing applications and lease paperwork, generating reports, resolving resident issues, coordinating maintenance requests, and marketing the community through various channels.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management
• Knowledge of Yardi Software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
• Working during inclement weather is also necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with high rise lease up preferred
• Working knowledge of LRO is a plus

Responsibilities

• Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
• Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
• Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports
• Resolving resident issues or concerns
• Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
• Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
