Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using industry-specific software and Microsoft Office.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Maintaining a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work standard business hours.
- Pass a criminal background study.
- Must have a Smart Phone.
- Reliable Transportation is required for showings.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional coursework in business, real estate, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective tenants and show them available listings.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing showings and tenant interactions.
