About The Position

The Seasonal Inbound Expert supports Target’s inbound stocking operations, helping ensure products are available, accurately priced, and ready for guests. The role contributes to an efficient team environment and a welcoming guest experience while supporting daily and weekly business priorities.

Team members receive training and can develop knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail operations, inventory management, sales trends, and process efficiency. The position requires a helpful attitude, attention to detail, adaptability to current technology, and the ability to work independently and with a team. It also involves handling register operations, climbing ladders, and safely scanning, handling, and moving merchandise, including frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance are necessary.
