About The Position

Seasonal Inbound Experts are part of Target’s Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales team. They support store operations and process efficiency by helping ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The role contributes to a consistent guest experience and supports store business priorities and sales goals. Target provides training to help team members learn the role and develop retail skills.

Team members are expected to work efficiently and collaboratively in a busy, energetic retail environment, while also completing tasks independently. The work involves stocking, setting, and selling Target products; assisting guests; handling merchandise; and following multi-step processes. Flexible scheduling and regular attendance are necessary, with shifts potentially including nights, weekends, and holidays. The listed starting hourly rate is $17.75, with a pay range of $17.75–$26.65 per hour. This is a seasonal position.
