About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help operate Santa photo sets at Solomon Pond. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift to help create a memorable holiday experience for guests.

The position includes leadership experience and flexible scheduling. Team members may be able to return for future holiday seasons and explore growth opportunities within the souvenir photography division, where available. Holiday perks include one free Santa visit for friends and family, with 10 photo prints, 10 holiday cards from Shutterfly, a personalized digital message from Santa powered by Portable North Pole, and three free months of access to Pixie Post.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
