About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to support Santa photo set operations at Solomon Pond. The role involves leading by example, supporting team members, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and helping daily operations run smoothly. The Team Lead helps provide a joyful, memorable holiday experience for guests while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Photography experience is not required.

Requirements

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be a team player who can also work independently.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
