About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to support Santa photo-set operations at City Creek Center. The role helps create enjoyable experiences for families by supporting team members, welcoming guests, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps deliver memorable holiday experiences.

The role involves opening and closing duties, reinforcing company procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting training or recruiting as needed, taking photos, providing guest service, operating point-of-sale systems and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. This seasonal position requires flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to handle sales transactions and cash.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
