About The Position
Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to support Santa photo-set operations at Oakbrook Center. The role involves guiding and supporting team members, welcoming families, assisting with photography, and helping daily operations run smoothly. The Team Lead brings a friendly, energetic, and leadership-focused approach to creating enjoyable holiday experiences for guests. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal and includes flexible scheduling, with availability needed during peak retail periods. The role also offers the opportunity to return for future holiday seasons and potentially explore growth opportunities in the company’s souvenir photography division, where available.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
- Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
- Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
- Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
- Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
