About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create excellent guest experiences at a Santa photo set. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photography, and helps daily operations run smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps make the holiday experience joyful and memorable.

The position includes opening and closing the assigned venue, reinforcing established policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with training or recruiting as needed. Team Leads also take photos, help guests obtain souvenirs, provide guest service, operate the POS system and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required.

The role is seasonal, with flexibility needed to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should be able to stand for prolonged periods and lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
