About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create memorable experiences for families at its Santa photo set at Alderwood Mall. The role supports the team, welcomes guests, assists with photography, and helps daily operations run smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while supporting a joyful holiday experience.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the venue, reinforcing operational policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting training or recruiting as needed, taking photos, providing guest service, operating the point-of-sale system and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required.

The position offers flexible scheduling and is seasonal, with opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth within the souvenir photography division where available. The role requires flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
