About The Position

As a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead (described in the posting as a Shift Lead), you will help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by supporting the team, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will bring warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping create a joyful holiday experience for guests.

The role includes opening and closing the assigned venue, reinforcing operational policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with training or recruiting when needed, taking photos, providing guest service, operating point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal and requires flexibility during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be a team player who can also work independently.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service-industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
