About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help run Santa photo operations at Manassas Mall. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photography, and keeps daily operations running smoothly to create a joyful guest experience.

The Team Lead performs opening and closing duties, reinforces operational policies and procedures, troubleshoots technical issues, and escalates issues to IT or local management when needed. The role also assists with training or recruiting as needed, takes photos, provides guest service, operates point-of-sale and photography equipment, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and effective work environment. Photography experience is not required.

This seasonal role requires flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members may have opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth within the souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Work as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
