About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create excellent experiences on its Santa photo sets. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping deliver a joyful holiday experience.

The position includes opening and closing the assigned venue, reinforcing operational policies, helping train or recruit team members as needed, troubleshooting technical issues, providing guest service, and operating point-of-sale and photography equipment. Photography experience is not required. The role requires flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
