About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create memorable experiences for families at its Santa photo set at Westfield Montgomery. The Team Lead supports the team, welcomes guests, assists with photos, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. The role involves providing warm, energetic leadership during each shift and helping deliver a joyful holiday experience.

The Team Lead performs opening and closing duties, reinforces operational policies and procedures, assists with training or recruiting as needed, troubleshoots technical issues, and escalates issues when appropriate. The role also includes taking photos, processing sales, operating photography equipment and a POS system, providing guest service, and maintaining a safe, clean working environment. Photography experience is not required.

This is a seasonal role with flexible scheduling. Team members may have opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth opportunities in the souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
