About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create memorable Santa photo experiences at Ocean County Mall. The Team Lead supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. This role brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping provide guests with a joyful holiday experience.

The Team Lead performs opening and closing duties, reinforces established policies and procedures, assists with training or recruiting as needed, and troubleshoots technical issues. They also take photos, provide guest service, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and help maintain safe, clean, and effective photo operations. Photography experience is not required.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned.
