About The Position

As a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead (described in the posting as a Shift Lead), you will help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by supporting the team, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will bring warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping deliver a joyful holiday experience.

The role includes leading by example, reinforcing operating policies and procedures, supporting team training or recruiting as needed, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping photo operations run smoothly. You will also take photos, assist guests, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required.

The position is seasonal and requires flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods. Previous retail, service-industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable with cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
