About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create enjoyable Santa photo experiences at Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. The role supports the team and daily photo operations, welcomes families, assists with photography, and helps keep the experience running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps deliver memorable holiday experiences for guests.

The position includes opening and closing duties, reinforcing operational policies, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with training or recruiting as needed, operating point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean working environment. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal, with opportunities to return for future holiday seasons and explore growth opportunities in the souvenir photography division where available.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
