About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences in partnership with retail locations, tourist attractions, and destinations across North America. The Seasonal Holiday Team Lead supports Santa photo-set operations by guiding team members, welcoming families, assisting with photography, and keeping daily activities running smoothly. The role calls for warmth, energy, and leadership to help deliver joyful, memorable guest experiences during the holiday season.

The Team Lead performs opening and closing duties, reinforces operational policies and procedures, helps train or recruit team members as needed, and troubleshoots technical issues. The role also includes taking photos, operating point-of-sale and photography equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and providing excellent guest service. Photography experience is not required.

This seasonal position offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, an employee referral program, and the possibility of returning for future holiday seasons or pursuing opportunities in the souvenir photography division where available. Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
