About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create enjoyable experiences on Santa photo sets. The role welcomes families, engages with children, takes photographs, and supports the photo experience from beginning to end with warm, energetic guest service. Associates also help keep photo operations running smoothly, operate sales and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work area. Photography experience is not required.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be available to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
